Product Description

This product is a newly developed halogen-free flame retardant for polyurethane microfiber artificial leather. It belongs to the phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame retardant system, existing in the form of a mixture. It features low volatility, high thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, and the ability to withstand high processing temperatures, with excellent flame retardant efficiency.

Its Advantages:

It offers good migration resistance, no leaching, strong water resistance, and sufficient elasticity. It has a low usage cost.

Application Scenarios: Used for flame retardancy in polyurethane microfiber artificial leather.

Technical Indicators: This product does not contain heavy metals (Cd, Hg, Cr6+) or substances such as PBDE. It is environmentally friendly and complies with EU ROHS and REACH standards.

Usage Recommendations

Adding 20–25 parts of flame retardant to microfiber adhesive achieves a UL 94 V0 rating. After soaking in a 70°C water bath for 168 hours, the flame retardant performance remains intact.

Before use, stir thoroughly to ensure the flame retardant is evenly dispersed in the resin solution.

Storage and Precautions:

Store in a dry, room temperature environment, and strictly avoid moisture and heat. Packaging specification: 20kg/bag, with an outer kraft bag + inner film bag.
